Maryam Aslam qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and has practised exclusively in Family Law since qualification.
She has significant expertise in all aspects of Matrimonial Law, including financial remedies, and has advised clients further in matters regarding children, such as residence and contact applications, and facilitating child arrangements where safeguarding is paramount.
As an experienced litigator, Maryam has specialist knowledge on a broad range of litigation, including debt recovery under property litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, of both residential and commercial, forfeiture of commercial leases, and applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA) 1996.
Maryam also has vast experience in areas of residential conveyancing, of both freehold and leasehold, and Immigration Law.
Her expertise and transferrable skillset in these areas of practice enable her to support clients with in-depth advice and tailored solutions to their legal challenges, while offering them a dedicated approach in pursuit of their needs and requirements.
